I read some negative reviews online so I was a bit hesitant at first. I don’t understand what those people were expecting but, I had a very pleasant stay. The interior design from the lobby to the rooms were a perfect homage to the 20’s, not overdone, just elegant. The hotel staff were nice especially the ones at the Star Bar. Amenities are what to be expected from a four star hotel, including a very nice robe, the only downside is that they don’t provide any slippers. Perfect location. Just a short three minute walk from the train station and this is downtown as it gets.

The hotel is very recently remodeled and the interior is superbly designed, including restoring hidden stained-glass windows in the bar. The restaurant (Star Bar) is excellent, truly fine dining! Every single staff person was warm, helpful, thoughtful. The parking garage is the lower floors of the hotel so getting to your car and to your room is by using the same elevator. Parking entrance and exit was super easy with a QR code. The location is only blocks away from the legendary Dakota jazz club.

The staff was amazing!!! I can express that enough! They were so friendly and really asked how we were doing and if we needed anything! When asked, they would provide it! And answered all of our questions. The room itself was so comfortable and the zenology products were great! I loved the decor in the hotel. Very chic and cute! And the food at the bistro was delicious!!!

Great location to US Bank Stadium and short walk to LRT station for easy access to local stops and the college stadium. Some great local restaurants are within short walking distance, but reservations are recommended. The room was clean and comfortable and cleaning staff are very respectful of 'Do Nof Disturb' requests.

Very friendly and helpful front desk who wished me a happy birthday and gave me recommendations for my night out. After being out late, the snacks area was well stocked and clutch. Cool decor, comfortable beds, very clean, and quiet! If you’re out on the town, location is also great, especially if you’re fine to walk.

The room is wide and clean, only two blocks from the green and blue lines. There is a small vending shop near the lobby; there is a microwave that can heat food; and there are cozy areas. Skyway may be open next time, but we can go through the next building to go shopping mall or conventional center.

Beautiful, mid-century modern, retro, masculine decor. The room was spotlessly clean - absolutely perfect. The staff was helpful and attentive. Breakfast was great for continental breakfast and included fresh bakery pastries, a hot sandwich option, cereal, yogurt, granola, eggs, juice, etc.

Breakfast had some good selections but I'm not a huge breakfast person myself. Location was good. We were in town for a Watsky concert and we were able to walk to and from the concert venue with NO issues. There was plenty of things within walking distance to shop or eat too. Huge shout out to our receptionist Kevin. He was absolutely amazing, so was everyone else!! Kevin and I were able to bound over Fargo and that definitely added a little more value. The overnight receptionist, Alex, was also amazing and helpful.

Wow! I was floored with the exceptional customer service at check in. Friendly staff and they even text welcoming you to the hotel. I haven't seen this type of friendly customer service in a long time. The hotel was very nice in aesthetics and clean. The room was very comfortable and clean. Love the decorations in the room too. AWESOME vibe all away around. Great location. I will definitely stay here again. They have a mini market area which was nice. Comfortable bed and pillows.
